New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said on Thursday said that it has joined a development company's advantages worth Rs 11.28 crore regarding its tax evasion test into the 2010 Commonwealth Games held here.
The focal test organization said it has issued a temporary request for the connection of benefits of the firm - Ms AKR Construction Limited - under arrangements of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
The diversions were held in Delhi in 2010 and were defaced by assertions of defilement after which investigative organizations like the ED, the Income Tax Department and the CBI started their different tests.
The estimation of the connected resources is Rs 11.28 crore, it said.
