New Delhi: A Bar Council of India assignment drove by its director Manan Kumar Mishra met Supreme Court judges on Sunday to talk about the exceptional emergency that has hit the legal.
The BCI had on Saturday framed a seven-part assignment to meet and talk about with the zenith court judges issues emerging out of the question and answer session by four senior-most judges of the best court.
On January 12, 2018, Justices J Chelameswar, Digital Marketing Company Ranjan Gogoi, MB Lokur and Kurian Joseph had mounted a virtual rebel against Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra at a press meet in Delhi on Friday raising a reiteration of issues including task of cases.
The judge had blamed Justice Misra for not taking any "medicinal measures" on a portion of the issues which influenced the working of the peak court that they had raised. Equity Misra turned into the CJI on August 28, 2017, and he is expected to resign from on October 2, 2018.
